Tie dye finally made its debut this Summer, and I took it straight to the Boulder Creek.
Boulder, Colorado loves its’ tie-dye, and it is definitively the most favored print of the city.
The Summer heat was in full-swing, and the cold water of the Boulder Creek seemed like the only cure.
The Boulder Creek is a popular destination for Boulderites, visitors, tourists, etc., especially during the Summer, as it is quite literally the only legitimate body of water in Boulder.
A tie-dye tube top and a black pair of high-waisted shorts, which assisted in helping keep me calm, cool, and collected in this Summer heat.
Not pictured, but worn, was a pair of black Birkenstocks that are perfect for being by bodies of water.
This outfit was fairly simplistic, but was very fitting for the location, the occasion, and the water.

This outfit was perfectly low-maintenance for a day at the creek, as I spent it bouncing around the water. Summer fashion should be fun, colorful, etc., and so I embraced the season by channeling my best tie-dye.
I truly owe it to my tie-dye for giving my outfit life and personality. Hopefully, I did it justice, but I cannot be for sure.
‘Tis the season for tie-dye!
‘Tis the season for tubing, as well. I saw maybe at least 50 people tubing, and I had the best seat in the house. I was right by the wipe-out zone, where I saw at least 90% of the tubers wipe out.
I have included some lovely play-by-play of two tubers failing hardcore, but they were two of at least 40 people who wiped out.
Warning: This could make your day and make you laugh.
Do not say I never warned you, or never gave you anything. And, you are welcome in advance.
This is one of my favorite ways to beat the heat – tie-dye, high-waisted shorts, and the Boulder Creek.
